Development & Training
The development area of operation is central to the new strategic developmental focus of the organization. Basic to the developmental areas of operation is the new approach to developmental planning informing National, Provincial, and Local Policy imperatives. The organization is hence aligning itself to this new developmental orientation informing policy domain in South Africa.
In addressing the imbalances from the past, within the context of the Southern KwaZulu Natal, the objectives of the development area of operation are as follows:-
- To broaden the focus of Ziphakamise to include a strategic developmental focus.
- To empower youth and women to participate in uplifting their communities.
