Capacity Building

In this programme we conduct Capacity Building training to CBO’s, NGO’s, creches and civil society.  The training has been designed to assist CBO’s in running and managing their projects and organisations on their own.  The training includes Financial Management, Report Writing, Funding Proposals and Relationships with funders.  Preference is given to organisations mainly dominated by women and youth.  In order for the training to take place there are no less than ten and no more than twenty members of the organisation enrolled for the course, which is run for a period of 5 days per organisation over a couple of weeks.  The training has so far assisted several organisations in various areas. We also assist these organisations in compiling their constitutions and profiles.  After we have finished their constitutions we then facilitate the process of registering them as a Non Profit Organisation.  To ensure that trained organisations receive every opportunity to succeed, we visit these projects regularly to both mentor and monitor their progress on reports, finances, staff and community development and upliftment.
